To start the application process, just follow these easy steps:

2) A non-refundable Booking Fee of £500 is required to reserve your room (£150 of this is converted to Administration Fee and £350 as the Deposit and is refundable when you move out at the end of the AST as per the terms of the AST)

 For existing Tenants

  • Your current deposit is carried forward.
  • Your admin fee of £50 is payable at the time of booking and balance of £100 is payable at the end of March 2014.

As soon as you complete the online application form, the Tenancy Agreement (AST) and the Credit/Debit Card Mandate and return, we will reserve a room for you for the academic year 2014-15.

Terms & Conditions:

  1. The Application Form and Tenancy Agreement (AST) for 2014-15 must be filled in and signed before 20thDec 2013.
  2. Existing tenants may choose to have their existing deposit of £350 rolled over as payment of the Booking Fee – and the admin fee of £150 (£50 is to be paid by 20th of December 2013) should be paid before March 2014.
  3. However, you must note that the rolled over deposit of £350 is part of your new booking fee for 2014-15, and should you decide to cancel, for whatever reason, this will not be refunded.
  4. The Tenancy Agreement (AST) will be sent to you, and this must be filled in, signed, and returned together with the supporting documents required on or before 20th December 2013.  This includes a Debit/Credit Card Authority Form which MUST be filled in. Failure to return these signed documents by this date will mean that your room will be cancelled and the Booking Fee will NOT be refunded.
